Bitwise: 95% of all ETH currently held by publicly listed companies was purchased in Q3 this year
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Bitwise Invest stated on Wednesday: "95% of all ETH currently held by publicly listed companies was purchased in the third quarter of this year." This refers to the $19.13 billions held in the reserves of listed companies, accounting for about 4% of the total supply. Bitwise data shows that as of September 30, publicly listed companies held 4.63 million ETH on their balance sheets, of which approximately 4 million were newly acquired in the third quarter.
In addition, according to StrategicETHReserve, so far, BitMine Immersion Technologies holds the largest share with about 3.03 million ETH, followed by Sharplink Gaming with 840,120 ETH, and The Ether Machine with 496,710 ETH.
