- 21:47Bitwise CEO: Solana May Have an Advantage Over Ethereum in Staking ETFsJinse Finance reported that Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley stated that Solana may have an advantage over Ethereum in the staking exchange-traded fund (ETF) market, as its design features are more investor-friendly. In an interview at the Token2049 conference in the East 8th District, Horsley pointed out that Solana’s shorter unstaking period is a major advantage compared to Ethereum. For example, Ethereum’s withdrawal queue has recently reached new highs, while Solana’s withdrawal queue is usually cleared much faster. Horsley said this difference is crucial for ETF issuers, as they must be able to quickly return assets to investors. “This is a big issue,” Horsley said. “ETFs need to be able to return assets to investors in a very short period of time, so (Ethereum’s withdrawal delay) is a huge challenge.”
