The company is expected to begin trading under the stock code “BDCIU”. It is reported that the company will seek to engage in share exchanges, asset acquisitions, share purchases, restructurings, or similar business combinations with companies that offer attractive risk-adjusted return opportunities within the bitcoin ecosystem.

CEO Michael Intrator said in an interview: "They liked our infrastructure in the early contracts, so they came back for more cooperation." He stated that as part of the agreement, CoreWeave will provide the social media giant with Nvidia's latest GB300 systems.
