The Uniswap protocol fee switch proposal "UNIfication" passes with overwhelming support
PANews reported on December 26 that the Uniswap protocol fee switch proposal, UNIfication, has been overwhelmingly approved. The voting results show approximately 125 million UNI in favor and 742 against. After a 2-day lock-up period, Uniswap Labs will burn 100 million UNI tokens and activate the fee switch mechanism for both v2 and v3 versions on the Ethereum mainnet, initiating the burning of UNI and Unichain fees.
