On-chain detective ZachXBT: Trust Wallet users have lost at least $6 million in stolen funds
According to TechFlow, on December 26, on-chain investigator ZachXBT (@zachxbt) reported that hundreds of users on the Trust Wallet platform have suffered fund thefts, with losses amounting to at least $6 million. ZachXBT stated that if it is confirmed that Trust Wallet is responsible for the incident, the platform may need to compensate the affected users.
In addition, Trust Wallet has issued an announcement stating that a security vulnerability was discovered in version 2.68 of its browser extension, and users are required to upgrade immediately.
