U.S. stocks trade quietly as the three major indexes remain stable
According to ChainCatcher, as reported by Golden Ten Data, U.S. stocks traded quietly in early trading on Wednesday, with the S&P 500 index remaining near its historic highs. The market is analyzing labor market data to seek more clues about the Federal Reserve's interest rate path. Both the Nasdaq 100 index and the Dow Jones Industrial Average showed little change. Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report, stated that as the end of the year approaches, investors are firmly pricing in a soft landing for the economy, and there is still room for the stock market to rise.
