Gallup Poll: Federal Reserve Chairman Powell Becomes the "Most Popular Senior Official"
Deep Tide TechFlow news, on December 24, according to Golden Ten Data, a latest poll by Gallup shows that among more than a dozen American leaders, Federal Reserve Chairman Powell is the most popular. The poll shows that over 40% of respondents approve of Powell's job performance, including 46% of Democrats, 34% of Republicans, and 49% of independents. Despite frequent conflicts with Powell during Trump's first year back in the White House, Powell's approval rating remains relatively high. Earlier this year, Trump repeatedly criticized Powell for not cutting interest rates earlier or on a larger scale.
