BlockBeats news, on December 13, Oracle (ORCL.N) postponed the construction of a data center for OpenAI from 2027 to 2028, mainly due to labor and material shortages. According to market data, Oracle's intraday share price plunged by 6%, while Nvidia also dropped nearly 2% simultaneously.
