US prosecutors recommend a 12-year prison sentence for Do Kwon
Jinse Finance reported that U.S. prosecutors stated that Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, should be sentenced to 12 years in prison for fraudulent activities that led to the collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin in 2022, causing $40 billion in losses. U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer will sentence him on December 11. (Bloomberg)
