Lido governance voting begins: Proposal for transfer of bridge partnership management rights and SNOP protocol upgrade
On October 16, Lido Finance announced that the October governance vote has commenced, featuring two important proposals: Bridge Partnership Management Change: It is proposed to authorize the Lido Ecosystem Foundation to lead bridge-related partnerships, replacing the previous (w)stETH network expansion work managed by the Network Expansion Committee (NEC). SNOP Policy Update: It is proposed to upgrade the Standard Node Operator Protocol (SNOP) for Lido Ethereum validator exits to version v3, integrating a triggerable withdrawal framework and aligning the protocol with the latest definitions, scope, and node operator responsibilities.
