Q1: What motivated you to become a Bitget Builder, and how did your background prepare you for this role?

Naxux: Definitely aligning myself to one of the biggest crypto exchanges in the world was an extremely strategic decision in my career that played out well. I used to work for small crypto projects and protocols here and there, but I craved something more challenging and with more responsibilities.

I brought in my technical skills to train the team about content and virality, but what made me fully invested in Bitget as a builder is the internal community, culture, and teamwork we've built. Not only did I teach people about content, they also inadvertently taught me about leadership and camaraderie, which I recently found more valuable than I initially thought.

Q2: How do you balance technical expertise with community-building in your work as a builder?

Naxux: Initially, I didn't have any balance. When I was first introduced to the team, I acted like a robot. Just delivered objectives and getting work done. However, the burning passion everyone else had was contagious and allowed me to truly be invested in both connecting and building a community.

Now, I balance it by having a mutually beneficial relationship with my community that is both valuable and genuine. When I have an initiative or new content I want to push, they're always there to support me. When I have something to teach or give away, they're the first people I think of.

Q3: The Builders program hit 30M social views—how did your strategies contribute to this achievement?

Naxux: I can think of a hundred strategies that I've implemented, but one that comes to mind that's the most effective is teamwork. To give some context, the entire team keeping the program alive and running is composed of the brightest and most talented minds of crypto. Everyone saw each others blindspot and made sure we lifted each other up.

From coordinating multiple events to nurturing hundreds of different communities, all running simultaneously, is not a one-man-job. With the right mix of talent and sheer vigor, we didn't even notice that we hit 30M social views. It's just one of the things that we observed after taking a look at the results. I wasn't even surprised, because I knew this was very possible from the team I'm working with

Q4: As one of the selected Builders for Token2049, what are you most excited about for this experience?

Naxux: I'm going to be so excited for the Bitget Afterparty. I was told by my colleagues who helped arrange my trip to Token2049 that there is a "surprise" waiting for me at Token2049. Is it exclusive merch? BGB? A selfie with Gracy? Who knows! I'm very excited about it

Q5: How do you adapt Bitget’s global vision to resonate with your local community’s needs?

Naxux: Before being a part of Bitget, I already had a lot of people looking up to me as a local role model that is fully invested in the crypto industry. However, I've never utilized that influence to lead and interact with people.

After spending a lot of time working at Bitget, their good influence has allowed me to pinpoint what's best for my community. Providing the best opportunities, fast and dedicated service, and an overall good experience as a trading platform is what they need and it's what we Bitget Builders have delivered.

Q6: Which Bitget-provided tools or resources (e.g., analytics, training) have been most valuable to you?

Naxux: When I first joined Bitget, especially when I first interacted with builders, I was a bit intimidated by how I could help the team achieve our goals and help each of them grow. I knew it was a tough task since everyone in the program was so talented and I was probably the youngest member of the team.

However, with the team being really strong, every single person in the team became my mentor, which allowed me to grow into the leader I am today. The support that I got was the knowledge of understanding how to be a team player, achieving our shared goals, and making every step of the way fun for everyone.

Q7: How do you stay innovative and adaptable in the fast-evolving Web3 landscape?

Naxux: I am (jokingly) chronically online. I've built a network within my community that shares the best news and updates of crypto events. My community consists of casual crypto enthusiasts, onchain gem hunters, analysts, expert traders, and even meme lovers! I get to understand updates, token prices, events, and even culture both from my community and online.

All information going through the Web3 landscape is a lot for a single person to trek, so I'm glad to have a community that helps me keep me up-to-date with all the crypto happenings

Q8: If you could suggest one new feature or initiative for the Builders program, what would it be and why?

Naxux: This has been something the team has its interests in lately. It's upskilling builders using third-party programs such as Udemy, LinkedIn Academy, and the like. Not only do builders get specialized training from in-house Bitget experts, but also from well-established education centers that offer certificates to truly show the dedication Bitget Builders have when it comes to honing their craft
