The latest version of the US House National Defense Authorization Act adds anti-central bank digital currency provisions
According to a report by Jinse Finance, the latest version of the U.S. House of Representatives National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) includes a new provision called the "Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act." This provision, previously introduced as a standalone bill by House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, aims to prohibit the Federal Reserve from directly issuing central bank digital currency (CBDC) to individuals.
