On August 18, it was announced that Tyche Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States, has successfully completed the acquisition and control of the decentralized trading platform TYCHE. TYCHE focuses on the decentralized issuance and trading of Bitcoin and its assets, featuring native Bitcoin asset support, an innovative Bonding Curve + AMM mechanism, and community-driven growth. Following this acquisition, Tyche Holdings will be responsible for financing, compliance, strategic expansion, and preparations for listing. The original core team will continue to oversee daily operations. In the future, TYCHE will deepen its involvement in the Bitcoin financial ecosystem, aiming to become a key infrastructure for decentralized finance.
