According to a report by Jinse Finance, "Fed mouthpiece" Nick Timiraos stated that Federal Reserve Governor Waller has dispelled all doubts and will vote in favor of a rate cut in July. In the opening remarks of his speech, he stated directly, "My purpose tonight is to explain why I believe the FOMC should lower the policy rate by 25 basis points at its next meeting."
