Thai-listed company DV8 announces completion of first-round financing of $7.4 million
According to Jinse Finance, Thai-listed company DV8 has announced the completion of its first round of financing, raising a total of 241 million baht (approximately 7.4 million US dollars). DV8 aims to become Southeast Asia’s first “cryptocurrency treasury company,” drawing strategic inspiration from MicroStrategy and Japan’s Metaplanet. By increasing its Bitcoin holdings, DV8 seeks to enhance the per-share value of its crypto assets and build a crypto-native valuation model.
