According to Jinse Finance, on-chain analyst Onchain Lens (@OnchainLens) has observed that a whale dormant for 6.5 months has become active again, purchasing 22.78 billion PEPE tokens at a cost of 858.55 ETH (approximately $2.39 million) and 150,748 USDT.
