Media: Procedural Vote on the Build Back Better Act Nears Breakthrough as Key Lawmakers May Switch to Support
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Fox News journalist Chad Pergram stated that members of the House Freedom Caucus who have not yet taken a position are gradually moving closer to reaching an agreement. This agreement is expected to prompt those who have not yet voted to cast their votes in favor, and may even persuade some who were previously opposed to switch their support. Republican Congressman Tim Burchett from Tennessee said, "I think we are very close to reaching some kind of solution." At the time, he himself had not yet voted. He mentioned that during this process, they did not even have time to take a short nap. A Republican source indicated that an agreement is expected to be reached within a few hours.
