Bloomberg Analyst: All Seven Solana ETF Issuers Have Submitted S-1 Amendments Including Staking Provisions
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart posted on the X platform that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has contacted ETF issuers, requesting them to submit updated Solana ETF application documents that include staking-related content. As of now, all seven issuers expected to launch Solana ETFs have submitted their S-1 updated filings. These issuers are: VanEck Solana ETF, Fidelity Solana Fund, 21Shares Core Solana ETF, Franklin Solana Trust, Grayscale Solana Trust, Bitwise Solana ETF, and Canary Marinade Solana ETF.
