Ant International responds to stablecoin license application in Hong Kong: Will submit as soon as the relevant channel opens
In response to reports that Ant International is planning to apply for stablecoin licenses in Hong Kong and Singapore, the company stated that it is accelerating investment and expanding cooperation in global treasury management, bringing its AI, blockchain, and stablecoin innovations into real, reliable, large-scale applications. "We welcome the passage of the Stablecoin Bill by the Hong Kong Legislative Council. Once the bill takes effect on August 1 and the relevant channels open, we will submit our application as soon as possible.
