French Justice Minister Gérald Darmanin announced that Badiss Mohamed Amide Bajjou, the mastermind suspected of planning multiple kidnappings targeting French cryptocurrency practitioners, has been arrested in Morocco. The suspect is wanted by Interpol on charges of kidnapping, extortion, and money laundering. Investigations reveal that Bajjou recruited young people online to form a criminal gang, carrying out several violent kidnappings, including an attempted kidnapping of the Paymium CEO's daughter.
