Alchemy acquires no-code NFT launch platform HeyMint
According to Cointelegraph, Alchemy announced the acquisition of HeyMint, a California-based NFT launch platform, with the specific acquisition amount undisclosed.
This acquisition aims to enhance Alchemy's smart wallet infrastructure and simplify the user onboarding process for Web3 applications. HeyMint's co-founder and CTO, Flor Ronsmans De Vry, will join Alchemy.
In its first two years of operation, HeyMint attracted over 1 million users, facilitated $38 million in NFT sales, and supported Web3 projects for major brands such as The Sandbox, Universal Music Group, and Ubisoft. This acquisition is Alchemy's second transaction this month, following the acquisition of Dexter Lab, a real-time data infrastructure provider for the Solana ecosystem.
