Circle plans to incorporate Hashnote under the existing Bermuda DABA license
USDC stablecoin issuer Circle plans to bring its recently acquired Hashnote tokenized money market fund under the regulatory scope of Bermuda, and incorporate it into Circle's existing Digital Asset Business Act (DABA) license.
According to data from rwa.xyz, Hashnote has issued one of the largest tokenized money market funds, USYC, managing nearly $1 billion in assets.
