US-listed KULR buys 217.18 bitcoins for $21m, average price $96,556
US-listed KULR Technology Group, Inc.(NYSE: KULR) has announced that it has completed the purchase of 217.18 Bitcoins for approximately $21 million at an average price of $96,556.53 per BTC.
The purchase comes on the heels of the company's announcement of its Bitcoin Treasury Strategy on December 4, in which it announced that it would allocate up to 90% of its remaining cash to BTC. the $21 million in BTC purchased since the announcement is the first of what the company intends to be an ongoing purchase going forward. kULR has chosen Coinbase's Prime platform to provide its BTC with custodial, USDC KULR has selected Coinbase's Prime platform to provide custody, USDC and self-hosted wallet services for its BTC.
