Data: On Deribit, BTC bulk options purchased are put options at $65,000 for November 15th and call options at $68,000

Lin Chen, the head of Deribit Asia Pacific business, posted on X stating that today's largest BTC block options trade was: a user purchased put options for $65,000 and call options for $68,000 dated November 15th, totaling 50 BTCs with a premium payment of $282,000.
