Spirit Blockchain Capital acquires Dogecoin Ecological Development Company

The digital asset management company, Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc., has announced the acquisition of Dogecoin Portfolio Holdings, a firm involved in the development of the Dogecoin ecosystem. The specific purchase price has not been disclosed yet. According to the terms of the acquisition agreement, Spirit Blockchain Capital will purchase all issued and circulating securities of Dogecoin Holdings, including common shares and stock warrants.
