Bitcoin Developer Alpen Labs Launches ZK Rollup “Strata”
On October 2nd, bitcoin-focused developer Alpen Labs launched “Strata”. According to the team, “Strata is the result of two years of development by Alpen. In the first phase, Strata will be the ZK aggregator on Bitcoin, a BitVM bridge with minimal trust. In the long term, Strata will be the settlement layer for ZK proofing directly on Bitcoin. In April, Alpen raised $10.6 million in funding.
