Shanghai Launches Pilot Project of Commodity Supply Chain Financing Business Based on Blockchain Technology
Shanghai officially launched the pilot project of “Commodity Supply Chain Financing Business Based on Blockchain Technology” in the afternoon of September 21st. The Nonferrous Metals Trading Center, Shanghai Harbor Cloud Warehouse and the first four commodity trading enterprises stationed on the platform signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Bank of Communications. The pilot project of “blockchain technology-based commodity supply chain financing business” is aimed at promoting the development of blockchain technology-based supply chain finance and better serving the real economy through fintech innovation and playing the role of government guarantee fund.
