The SEC approves the listing of Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust on the New York Stock Exchange Arca
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the New York Stock Exchange Arca's proposal to list and trade Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust shares on Friday. This decision was made after NYSE Arca submitted a modified rule change. In the same order, the SEC also expedited approval of Cboe BZX Exchange's proposed rule change to list and trade Pando Asset Spot Bitcoin Trust shares.
