A whale address is going long BTC via Aave platform revolving credit

On July 26, a whale address withdrew 494 WBTC (about $31.7 million) from Binance at an average price of $64,232 since July 4, deposited it into Aave to borrow 12 million USDT, and deposited it again into Binance to buy BTC.
