German government address now has only 3,846 BTC remaining, may complete sell-off this week

On July 12, the German government address transferred a total of 5,248.2 BTC ($301 million) to CEX and market makers today, leaving only 3,846 BTC ($223 million) remaining in the address, according to Aftermath Monitoring.
