The Bank of Italy is about to issue a market notice on how to implement the EU's crypto asset regulation MICAR

According to ECB Executive Board member Panetta, the Bank of Italy will issue a market notice in the coming days on how to implement the upcoming EU cryptocurrency regulation "MICAR". "MICAR" defines electronic currency tokens (EMT) and asset reference tokens (ART) as means of payment and exchange. (Jinshi)
