A certain PEPE's whale/institution has proposed 600 billion PEPE from CEX

According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa's monitoring, an hour ago, the whale/institution that accumulated $22.74 million worth of PEPE between May 22nd and May 30th has transferred back 600 billion PEPE from Binance, valued at $7.14 million. After depositing 700 billion and transferring back 600 billion, this whale still holds 1.4 trillion PEPEs worth $16.59 million. Earlier news reported that the whale suspected of selling off 45% of its holdings three hours ago had accumulated $22.74 million in PEPE.
