Berachain announces upgrade to Berachain V2, introduces BeaconKit framework

PANews reported on June 13 that Berachain officially announced that Berachain has been upgraded to Berachain V2. This upgrade introduced the BeaconKit framework, greatly improved the architecture and consensus mechanism, and provided a better experience for EVM smart contract development. Based on the original three-token model and PoL (proof of liquidity) incentive mechanism, the V2 version adjusted the settings of the validator, increasing the number of validators from 100 to 256 to support the expected large-scale locked value (TVL). At the same time, the new modular design enhances the collaboration and security of the entire ecosystem through shared liquidity.
