OpenAI appoints new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Product Officer

PANews reported on June 11th that, according to Bloomberg, OpenAI has hired Sarah Friar, the former CEO of Nextdoor Holdings Inc., as its Chief Financial Officer. At the same time, the company also appointed Kevin Weil as the new Chief Product Officer. Weil previously held executive positions at Instagram and Twitter, responsible for product development. In the future, Friar will help OpenAI continue to invest in artificial intelligence research while expanding its global business. Weil will lead a product team dedicated to serving OpenAI's research results to consumers and corporate users.
