U.S. nonfarm payroll additions revised down by 15,000 in March and April
June 7 -- The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the number of nonfarm payrolls added in March was revised downward from 315,000 to 310,000, and the number of nonfarm payrolls added in April was revised downward from 175,000 to 165,000, after these revisions. After these revisions, the combined number of jobs added in March and April was 15,000 less than before the revisions.
