The three major U.S. stock indexes closed mixed, the Dow rose 0.35%, the Nasdaq fell 0.07%, the S&P 500 index rose 0.12%, popular technology stocks mixed, Nvidia fell nearly 2%, Tesla, Google rose more than 1%.
