A certain address withdrew 112,000 PROM from CEX in the past 18 hours

Golden Finance reported that according to Spot On Chain monitoring, the wallet 0x3a2, which once sold PROM to Andrei Grachev, withdrew another 112,000 PROMs ($1.12 million) from Binance in the past 18 hours, worth about $9.95. Previously, the wallet was used to: · Withdraw 52,900 PROMs from Binance for $4.86 ($257,000) in December 2023; · Send the tokens to wallet 0x3d1, and sell 49,965 PROMs to Mr. Grachev for 500,000 USDT at a price of about $10 in February 2024, causing the price to surge by about 75%.
