Meta launches new self-developed AI chip, aiming to reduce dependence on Nvidia products
Meta Platforms, owned by Mark Zuckerberg, announced that it is deploying a new self-developed AI chip, which is an upgraded version of Mita to be released in 2023, to support the company's artificial intelligence services. The company's goal is to reduce its dependence on external chip companies such as Nvidia.
