According to L2BEAT data, the total locked value in Ethereum's Layer2 network is currently $39.94 billion, a decrease of 4.81% over the past seven days. The top five are: ArbitrumOne ($18.42 billion, a seven-day increase of -5.59%); OP Mainnet ($7.39 billion, a seven-day increase of -12.1%); Base ($3.87 billion, a seven-day increase of 20.25%); Blast ($2.68 billion, a seven-day increase of -2.29%); Starknet ($1.37 billion, a seven-day increase of -10.12%).
