Bitwise Chief Information Officer: The substantial growth of Bitcoin ETFs will "continue for several years"
Bitwise Chief Information Officer Matt Hougan predicts that the huge demand for spot Bitcoin ETFs over the past two months may continue for several years. Even with massive ETF demand, institutional investment in Bitcoin is just beginning. Currently, most professional investors are still unable to purchase Bitcoin ETFs. Since its launch on January 11th, the Bitcoin ETF has absorbed a net inflow of $11.7 billion, despite GBTC's outflow exceeding $14.3 billion. But just on Tuesday alone, the net inflow into spot Bitcoin ETF reached $418 million, including $16.7 million from Bitwise's own Bitcoin ETF.
