Nordea UBS: Fed may not change rates or pace of tapering at this week's meeting

Nordea expects the Fed not to change the federal funds rate or the pace of tapering at this week's meeting. However, the Fed may need to raise its growth and inflation expectations for 2024. This could result in the median Fed's dot plot showing only two rate cuts this year, compared to last December's dot plot showing three cuts.
