The release time of StratisEVM has been delayed to March 21st

According to official news, blockchain technology company Stratis has announced an update to its token swap plan. The specific arrangements are as follows:
- On-chain token exchange will continue until 18:00 GMT on March 20th (2:00 am Beijing time on March 22nd).
- STRAX snapshot time: 18:00 GMT on March 20th (2:00 am Beijing time on March 22nd).
- StratisEVM launch date: currently planned for March 21st.
- Off-chain token exchange period: from February 7th to December 29th at 9:00 GMT.
