Cryptocurrency concept stocks fell across the board, with MicroStrategy dropping nearly 2%

US stocks opened slightly higher, with the Dow Jones up 0.05%, the Nasdaq up 0.13%, and the SP 500 index up 0.08%. The SEC clarified that it has not yet approved a Bitcoin ETF, causing Bitcoin to briefly fall below $45,000. Cryptocurrency-related stocks generally declined, with Marathon Digital and Riot Platforms falling over 3% and MicroStrategy falling nearly 2%.
