Luke Dashjr's proposal to restrict inscriptions did not pass and has been closed
On January 7th, the proposal "datacarriersize: Match more datacarrying #28408" put forward by Bitcoin Core developer Luke Dashjr on Github was not approved after discussions among several Bitcoin Core developers. Currently, the proposal is marked as closed. Bitcoin Core developer Ava Chow summarized and closed this PR, stating: "It is obvious that this proposal is controversial and it is impossible to reach a conclusion that satisfies everyone under the current circumstances. I believe there is no need to continue the discussion."
