According to Coinglass data, the nominal value of open positions for BTC options across the entire network is $13.11 billion, and the nominal value of open positions for ETH options is $6.41 billion. Earlier reports from Deribit showed that nominal value of approximately $915 million worth of BTC options and approximately $574 million worth of ETH options will be delivered upon expiration on Friday, January 5th. The maximum pain point price for BTC is $43,000, and the maximum pain point price for ETH is $2,300.
