Horizen DAO opens voting and announces first special council members

Horizen has announced on X platform that the Horizen DAO is now open for voting. All ZEN holders can participate in governance and play an active role in project direction. The voting for Horizen DAO is completed on Horizen EON, which is a Horizen sidechain compatible with EVM. Horizen DAO uses Snapshot and Discourse for governance.
