Blockchain researcher ZachXBT has revealed that there have been numerous reports of unauthorized fund withdrawals from Trust Wallet users in recent hours.

According to information shared by ZachXBT, some Trust Wallet users have reported unauthorized withdrawals of funds from their wallets. The exact cause of these incidents has not yet been confirmed. However, it is noteworthy that these cases occurred after Trust Wallet released an update to its Chrome browser extension yesterday.

ZachXBT, in a statement warning the community, said, “Community : Over the past few hours, numerous Trust Wallet users have reported funds being withdrawn from their wallet addresses. The exact cause is not yet known, but coincidentally, the Trust Wallet Chrome extension released a new update yesterday.”

While Trust Wallet has not yet issued an official statement, users are advised to increase their security measures and closely monitor their wallet activity for suspicious transactions.
