Record Number of SEC Filings in 2025 Driven by the Cryptocurrency Space

Mentions related to Bitcoin led this growth, capturing the largest share of filing activity, with filings and amendments for a Bitcoin spot ETF on the rise. Traditional asset management firms also continued to expand their cryptocurrency offerings in 2025.
