Privacy project Horizen relaunches on Base as a Layer 3 network
According to ChainCatcher, Horizen's Layer 3 network has officially launched its mainnet on Base, marking the latest stage in the evolution of this long-standing privacy network.
Although this launch coincides with renewed attention on "privacy coins," Horizen had already officially initiated its transition from Layer 1 to Layer 3 as early as February this year, following a DAO resolution to gradually phase out the old chain.
