ProCap BTC under Anthony Pompliano completes SPAC merger
Jinse Finance reported that ProCap BTC, a bitcoin treasury company led by Anthony Pompliano, completed a merger with a SPAC institution's exchange on Friday. After the merger, the company was renamed ProCap Financial and will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker BRR starting next Monday.
